RED MÁLAGA SOLUTIONS
An air source heat pump uses energy from the outdoor air. The equipment, indoor heat emitters and system design determine how that energy is used in your home.
Heat distributed to suit each room.
We assess the home, its insulation and how its rooms are used to define the system. Depending on the design, it can work with underfloor heating, fan coils or radiators suitable for low-temperature operation.
Cooling designed for the warmer months.
We plan cooling distribution around the rooms and indoor units. Fan coils or other compatible options are considered as part of the complete system; not every heat pump installation offers the same possibilities.
Hot water production and storage to suit your household.
We size the hot water system around the household’s daily needs, considering the equipment, storage and available space as part of the project.
A heating system integrated beneath the floor.
We consider heat production and its distribution through the floor together. The design takes account of the home, the pipe circuits and the conditions of the build or renovation.
We assess how the systems can work together.
A heat pump can be combined with solar photovoltaic generation or solar thermal input. We assess energy use, available space and the project requirements to define how the systems would be integrated.
Care for your system continues after commissioning.
Maintenance and fault call-outs are available to customers with an active maintenance contract. Choose a plan with one or two preventive visits a year: one annual payment with a 10% discount, or two six-monthly payments without a discount. Fault diagnosis and repairs are quoted separately; the contract does not include repairs.
BEFORE WE PREPARE A PROPOSAL
A new build, a replacement system and a project retaining existing heat emitters each raise different questions.
Tell us the town, property type, approximate floor area and whether this is a new build or renovation. Let us know if you need heating, cooling and hot water, and which equipment or heat emitters you already have.
If you have plans, photographs or details of the existing system, mention them in your enquiry. We will agree how to share that information.
Available indoor and outdoor space, the home’s requirements, heat emitters, hot water needs and connections to other systems.
Using the information available, we identify any missing details and whether a site visit is needed to assess the solution.
The proposed equipment and functions, distribution layout, included installation work and any supporting work the project needs to allow for.
The scope of the assessment and its terms are agreed before proceeding. This helps you compare proposals covering the same work.
HOW WE WORK
We look at the space, insulation, use of the rooms and what you want to achieve.
We select the equipment and distribution layout. Where required, we prepare the design or technical documentation and coordinate with the project’s technical team.
We carry out the installation, make the final adjustments and explain how to use the system.
We advise you on the servicing and maintenance appropriate for your equipment.
